Description
This is an original architectural interior drawing created for the Clarion Inn in Sun Valley, Idaho by Phillip Luskin, dated 6-1-04. The artwork depicts the lodge-style lobby with a central stone fireplace, brick and timber elements, and the warm rustic architecture typical of Sun Valley’s resort design language.
The drawing is hand-rendered in ink on large drawing paper and includes Luskin’s stamped signature block. Notably, the right-side bench and surrounding brickwork feature artist-applied glued paper pieces—common in architectural illustration—used to refine perspective and structural alignment during the design process. Additional features include tiled flooring, interior plants, and lightly sketched foreground figures likely serving as scale references.
Measurements are approximately 24in wide by 18in tall.
Ships securely with protective packaging; prompt shipping excluding Federal Holidays.
Condition Description
Pre-owned architectural rendering with light edge wear and faint handling marks from storage. The right-side bench area includes original artist-applied glued paper components, part of Luskin’s drafting process rather than later damage. One small let side tear taped on backside otherwise or major defects seen. Please review all photos for exact condition before purchase.
