Returns & Refunds

GNUWHIT accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery unless an item listing states otherwise.

How returns work

• Please contact us through your order before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from its description.
• Items must be returned in the same condition received, with included parts, accessories, and packaging when applicable.
• Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

For one-of-a-kind inventory sold across multiple marketplaces, an item may occasionally sell elsewhere before our inventory updates. If that happens, GNUWHIT will promptly cancel and refund the website order in full.
